Limbcare helps amputees all over the UK in many aspects of their lives - including assistance with prosthetics, education, accessible living, getting back to work, benefits and much, much more. We need funding to cover these vital programs and a donation from you can help us to achieve this. Regular donations can help us plan for the future and ensure our services will always remain free. All donations are invaluable to Limbcare. By setting up a regular gift online you will crucially ensure we are able to continue our vital work advising, assisting and supporting any limb impaired people who may currently be unaware of our services. Your donations will help us to implement the many plans and ambitions we are seeking to realise.

Our most ambitious plan is to develop the ‘Limbcare Centre,’ an amputation advice centre offering a unique opportunity for individuals, their families and careers to come together under one roof for assistance and advice. We aim to offer counseling, as well as advice ranging from health and fitness concerns to accessibility and property adaptations to suit individual needs. The centre will also include a chill-out area and a fully equipped gym.

Gift Aid
If you pay UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax, by signing a Gift Aid declaration you can make your donation worth at least 20% more to Limbcare...at no extra cost to you. When you donate, you will be asked to confirm whether or not you are a UK taxpayer. Limbcare can then reclaim the tax on any donations you have made to us in the last six years and all future Limbcare donations made by you. Please note that tax can only be reclaimed on donations made by individuals who pay UK income or capital gains tax at least equal to the amount reclaimed on their donations in the current tax year. As you have donated this money to charity, it is a tax-free amount and will not affect your tax status at the end of the year. Donors must remember to sign a Gift Aid declaration. An estimated £750million goes unclaimed when donors forget to do this. During a recession this money can make a world of difference to charities such as Limbcare.
